MARBLE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
250g butter
250 self-raising flour
160g castor sugar
5 eggs
2 eating spoon condensed milk
2 eating spoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
1) Cream butter, sugar till white.
2) Beat in egg one at a time.
3) Add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
4) Add self-raising flour and mix well. Divide batter into 2 portions. Add cocoa powder (use siever) in one portion and the other remains.
5) Spoon the batter alternately with cocoa mixture and original until complete. Bake at 160o for about 45 to 50 mins.
