beef macaroni soup - Ligo's recipe

rebus daging with garam, sampai empok and set aside. (usually I get the beef to be sliced)

Then I tumis kayu manis and the other spices
Add blended halia, bawang putih, bawang merah and sup rempah
Dah garing, I masuk kan air rebusan daging and daging
And you can add other ingredients like kentang or fishball or apa-apa.
Simmer for about 30 mins.

For garnishing/ serving I do like this.
Macaroni
Taugeh and sawi – yg dah di celur
Letak sup then tabur with daun sup, bawang goreng, lada jeruk.



For me, I like to add tomato ketchup to it too.
